Yellowstone Road Signal Timing Project - Cheyenne

Joe performed the timing of the Yellowstone Road corridor in Cheyenne.  Project tasks included the collection of traffic count and geometric data, review of the need for left turn phasing, preparation of Synchro models, development of interval and coordination times, and conducted before and after travel time studies using TruTraffic software to collect and analyze the data.
