Traffic Signal System Selection and Implementation - Brighton

Joe helped City staff analyze and select a local controller, cabinet and signal system to be implemented citywide. He also developed a specification for all traffic signal equipment to be procured by the City, analyzed the street network to determine the location of future traffic signals, and designed a fiber optic interconnect system for the first coordination zone implemented within the City.
