Bromley Lane Master Plan Design
Joe managed the project and prepared the conceptual design of Bromley Lane, a six-lane major arterial, from Platte River Boulevard to Tower Road (approximately 3.5 miles). He used aerial photography of the corridor, property line data, and topographic data to establish proposed horizontal and vertical alignment of the street. The plan also included identification of ROW required to construct the road, conceptual storm sewer design, and ditch crossing structural evaluation. This corridor has been improved over the years by the City and developers based on the results of this project.
